Ater comparing conventional transcription providers we were curious how well Transcription ML models could do the job. The conventional transcription providers outperform the ML models greatly. Additionally, these models generally do not include punctuation, so will need to be combined with other models to be a complete solution.

Transcription quality is paramount for us - bad transcription quality limits our ability to deliver insights, while a high quality transcript allows us to give an overview of the meeting to our users without them having to listen to the whole thing, wasting time.
